The terms that govern your use of Pilot Launch Flight Academy's website and training programs.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or enrolling in any Pilot Launch Flight Academy program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
2. Enrollment & Payment
Enrollment is confirmed upon acceptance of an admissions offer and payment of any required deposit. Tuition is due per the schedule outlined in your enrollment agreement. Stage-by-stage payment plans are available; failure to maintain payment may pause training.
3. Training Requirements
Students must hold the required FAA medical certificate, meet age and prerequisite requirements for their program, and adhere to all academy and FAA regulations. The academy reserves the right to dismiss a student for safety violations or conduct that endangers others.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Discovery flights may be rescheduled at no cost with 24 hours notice. Tuition refunds are governed by the refund schedule in your enrollment agreement. Deposits are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Weather & Scheduling
Flight lessons are weather-dependent. Lessons canceled by weather are rescheduled at no cost and may be moved to the simulator to maintain progress. The academy is not liable for delays caused by weather or maintenance.
6. Liability
Training involves inherent risks. Students participate voluntarily and, where required, sign a liability waiver and hold-harmless agreement prior to flight. The academy maintains full hull and liability insurance on all training aircraft.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — text, imagery, and branding — is the property of Pilot Launch Flight Academy and may not be reproduced without permission.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
