Yes. We partner with Pilot Launch Aviation Finance to offer structured payment plans across all programs, plus Sallie Mae career-training loans for qualifying students. Many cadets pay per stage rather than upfront. Speak with admissions to model a plan for your timeline.

We award a limited number of merit and need-based scholarships each cohort, including the Pilot Launch Ascent Scholarship for underrepresented aviators and the Captain's Award for top ground-school performers. Applications open 60 days before each cohort start.

A dedicated full-time cadet can complete PPL through CPL in roughly 12–18 months. Our accelerated Airline Career Pathway condenses the full track — including CFI hours-building — into approximately 24 months to airline interview.

Absolutely. Most of our PPL and instrument students train part-time, flying 2–3 times per week. We schedule lessons seven days a week, including evenings, and the syllabus flexes to your availability without extending the per-hour cost.

A Class 3 Medical Certificate is required to begin PPL training, issued by an FAA Aviation Medical Examiner. It covers vision, hearing, cardiovascular, and neurological standards. We will connect you with a local AME and help you prepare before your appointment.

In most cases, yes. Corrective lenses, controlled hypertension, and many common conditions are certifiable, sometimes with a Special Issuance. Bring your medical history to your AME visit and we will help you navigate any documentation required.

You can begin training at 16 (solo) and earn your PPL at 17. A high school diploma (or equivalent) is required for the commercial track and the Airline Career Pathway. There is no upper age limit for private training.

Weather cancellations are rescheduled at no cost — safety always comes first. When conditions are marginal, we move your session into the FNPT II simulator so your training momentum and stage deadlines stay on track.
