2. Eligibility
By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

You are at least 17 years old for UPL and PPL programs, and 18 years old for CPL programs.
You possess the necessary medical clearance to participate in flight training.
You have provided accurate and complete information during registration.
3. Payment
All fees are due in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Payments can be made through the payment methods specified on our website. Prices are subject to change, and you will be notified of any changes prior to making a payment.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us at least [insert notice period, e.g., 72 hours] in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made after this period may incur a fee or forfeit the deposit.

You must sign a liability waiver prior to commencing any training or flights, acknowledging that you understand and accept the risks involved.

6. Intellectual Property
All content provided by Pilot Launch, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of Pilot Launch and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written consent.

7. Modifications to Terms
Pilot Launch reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law
